Adding items to your order

Firstly, find the items that you want to purchase. Using the search box at the top of the page, simply type the product name, product reference number, or phrase you are looking for. E.g. “Christmas Cards”.

You can also narrow your search by using the top menu. Eg. If you want to look for Homeware you might want to click on the "Home & Garden" button. On mobile this is accessed by clicking on the three lines.

Click the add to bag button on each item. 

Reviewing your order

Once all required items have been added to your bag, you should navigate to the bag icon in the top right of the screen. 

From here you can check over your order before selecting ‘Checkout’.

Placing your order 

If you are using Express Checkout to place your order, select the desired payment option and you will be taken to a new page to complete payment.

If paying by card follow the steps below:

Firstly, enter your email address.

You also have the option to log in if you haven't already. Don't be alarmed, logging in will take you to a new page so you can enter your email and log in code but it will bring you right back once you have completed logging in.

You will then need to fill out the fields for the Delivery Address of your intended recipient.

To use the address finder, start typing the first line of address or postcode, and then select the result that matches your address. Always verify the accuracy of the pre-filled address!

Next, choose your shipping method.

Next, you need to select your payment option, you can choose from Card Payment, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and many more options. 

Then you need to select your billing address. Please then ensure that the billing address is your address so that it matches your bank's records.

Finally, it will give you the option to add a donation.

You should then be able to select pay now at the bottom of the page. 

Verification for Card Payments

After placing your order, do not close the web page. Your bank will usually send you a security code at this point in the process. The bank will let you know if they will send an email, a text or require you to verify with your banking app. You then need to input the code when invited to do so by our website.
