We are sorry that you are not completely satisfied with your order. With your delivery you should have received a returns form.  Please complete this and return the item(s) in its original condition to:

Unless faulty, this should be within 30 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels and that the item is unused and undamaged. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

If you have a faulty or damaged item, please call our support helpline on 0330 124 2668 from 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday or email [email protected].

Once we receive your returned items, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order, via their original method of payment. Please note that this can take up to 14 days from your returning the item(s) to receiving your refund.

If your item is faulty or damaged the UK-based Customer Service Team will be happy to provide you with a FREE returns label.
