It is not possible to change or add to an online order once you have checked out, but it may be possible to cancel an order if you promptly call our Customer Service team on 0330 124 2668. This also applies to post or phone orders.

For all orders, it will depend at which stage the processing of your order is at as to whether we are able to cancel it for you.

If we're unable to cancel the order for you or reduce the number of products ordered, as it has already been processed, please return the unwanted products following our returns procedure. You can find more information in our returns section.
